SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped FedEx 3-day. All orders are shipped out within 2 - 5 business days. If you would like Overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping, please email us at info@cheenachandra.com and write shipping in the subject line. We will add an additional $8.00 to your order. All orders for Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipping must be placed before 12 noon PST or they will be processed the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently, Cheena Chandra™, INC. does not offer international shipping online. However, if you are interested in placing an order internationally, please email us at info@cheenachandra.com and write international order in the subject line. We will then email you back with a form to fill out so we can process your order manually.
REPAIRS:
If your jewelry is in need of repair simply contact our Orange County studio at 949.310.6011 to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. When shipping the item to us, please send the receipt. If you need to obtain a copy of your receipt please email us. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS or Parcel Post in a hard box.
RETURNS:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) within 14 days from date received, for a prompt and courteous refund. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 949.310.6011 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (no exchange or refund will be obtained without a Return Authorization Number). For your protection, please send all returns insured via UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Post in a hard box.
CARING FOR CHEENA CHANDRA JEWELRY:
Cheena Chandra™ jewelry is shipped out in a signature Cheena Chandra™ jewelry pouch and box. We recommend cleaning Cheena Chandra™ jewelry with jewelry polish. If the necklace or earrings has stones, we recommend using a soft polishing cloth.
